Strategy Made Simple for Teaching Hospitals is a self-study course that focuses on strategy development and managing a strategic plan in an academic medical center. This course uses a case study from a teaching hospital to break down the phases and elements of strategy management and to educate leaders in teaching hospitals on the do’s and don’ts of strategic planning. The course also introduces readers to a new approach to the PEST analysis. This course includes a quiz and self-graded questions designed to enhance reader’s knowledge and understanding of strategy management.
